Who we are

We, Stallion HR Solutions was founded in 1996 to provide qualified and capable manpower to the growing construction, Industrial and Ship repair Industries in the UAE. After seeing and studying the potential and demand for various categories of workforce, we rapidly expanded our operations and services to offer workforce solutions ranging across all industries to fill the gap for the lack of supply and shortage of manpower.

The vision of the UAE leadership and the significant development over the last twenty-five years has largely contributed to our growth. We have over 1,700 blue and white-collar Employees that are currently deployed on short and long-term contracts with clients in all industries in the UAE and neighboring GCC countries. We are Approved and Authorized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, UAE and licensed by Department of Economic Development to carry out the business of On Demand Labor Supply (Temporary Employment) all over the UAE.
