Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Timekeeper/Site Checker to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be physically strong, capable of handling site supervision, and have prior experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate time records of workers and staff.
* Monitor daily attendance and manage duty rosters.
* Allocate manpower effectively based on shift requirements.
* Address and report any irregularities in attendance or behaviours.
* Coordinate with HR and admin regarding employee schedules.
* Supervise on-site operations and ensure workforce discipline.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Must be physically strong and able to manage site supervision.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends or nights if required.
