Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to strengthen our client base and expand market presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in building partnerships, spotting new opportunities, and driving growth in the HR services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding their workforce requirements
  • Promote the company’s full suite of services – contract staffing, permanent recruitment, and outsourced workforce models
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers and HR leaders
  • Conduct market research to identify target clients, trends, and competitors
  • Prepare impactful sales proposals and client presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and follow up consistently with clients

What We’re Looking For?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing Industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, meet sales targets, and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • UAE Driving License is a must
