Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of related experience in system integration entities, with experience in ELV systems, Audio-Video Solutions, Office and Home automation and/or guest room management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through new business development, key account management, and building relationships with industry partners and key decision makers. Moreover the candidate needs to manage general office operations and technical team management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience in system integration solutions, should have experience related to audio-visual, home and office automation, guest room management solutions and/or ELV systems integration.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the audio-visual, automation, and system integration industry and technology solutions.
  • Experience in dealing with brands like control 4, savant, Crestron, INTEREL, Lutron, or Extron would be an added advantage.
  • Should have sufficient knowledge in either ELV systems, AV integration, or Home/Office automation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Drivers license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop technical team to execute works in site
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the solutions proposed meet the client’s requirements.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product developments and industry trends.
  • Attending trade shows and events to promote our products and solutions.
  • Manage day to day office operations.
  • Manage entire team in company
